Payment Options

At the moment we can only accept PayPal payments. you can still use CREDIT card payment through PayPal, even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Shipping

Standard shipping of our items is always complimentary. If you need to get your package faster, please select Expedited as the shipping method.

If you choose expedited shipping, please leave a message to tell us when you need to receive the package. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we need to evaluate the estimated arrival time of the package. For expedited shipping, you need to provide the receiving phone number. 

Processing Time

The real fur tail will be shipped within 3 days
Fake fur tails are shipped within 5 days
Ears: Due to the complicated workmanship, the delivery time is within 7-10 days.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

Canada: 1-3 weeks
North America: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

The Following Items Can't Be Returned or Exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
